The fully automatic depalletizer is used to supply empty glass bottles or cans to filling and packaging lines.
The high speed depalletizer can be executed in traditional portal type or with robot handling and can be produced as a high-level or low-level machine.
Pallets with empty containers are loaded on the pallet transport conveyor where straps and other transport securities are removed.
The empty containers are swept off layer by layer onto the discharge table.
Intermediate layers are automatically collected in a separate magazine.
Change over to different containers and/or pallets is fully automatic and handled via the HMI.
