The carton sealer automatically seals cartons tops by use of hot or tape. The machine can be used for a wide range of
products.
· Tape width, length of tape end, force of the sealing roller, force of tape cutting, and force of tape feeding are all adjustable on
the tapping head.
· Frequency-controlled motors interlinked with pneumatic controls to ensure high efficiency and low energy consumption
and to ensure equipment safety performance.
· Safety railings and protection with self-locking emergency stop button.
· Bottom-driven conveyors for synchronized carton movement during the sealing process to avoid skew and sealing
misalignment
· Cartons are produced with sharp edges and corners for a nice appearance. The glue is sprayed accurately, no glue traces
are left after the cartons are pressed and the cartons look nice without residual glue or tilting
